All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants.

Advance registration and final paper uploading is now CLOSED. Only paid papers shall be included in the proceedings, and the payment should be received no later than May 25, 2009.

Attendees may register under following registration categories. All registration categories include one CD-ROM conference Proceedings, one Book of Abstracts, and access to technical sessions, coffee breaks, luncheons, welcome reception and conference banquet.

• The currency is in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
• All accepted final paper submissions must be accompanied by a paid conference registration from the authors.
  
• Only paid papers shall be included in the proceedings.
• Papers which are not presented during the conference (no show) would not be published in IEEE Xplore®.
• One registration at the full rate (Member or Non-Member rate) can cover up to two papers for inclusion in the Conference Program and Proceedings. Registration at the student rate can cover one paper submission. The submission number of the paper to be covered by a registration should be clearly indicated in the online registration.
• In addition to the papers covered by the conference registration, one additional paper is allowed for each Member or Non-Member registration at the extra paper rate of 400 SGD.
• If you are a Member of IEEE or ASME, you are entitled to "Member" rate.
• If you are a Student Member of IEEE or ASME, you are entitled to "Student" rate. Please send to Registration Manager a scanned copy of an official letter from your enrolled school and a copy of your membership card. You will be requested to provide this original letter and membership card upon registration during conference.
• If you are a Life Member, please contact Registration Manager for the detailed procedure of your registration.
• All registrations are not refundable. Extra CD-ROM and banquet tickets can be purchased at 80 SGD /CD-ROM and 100 SGD/per ticket.

Force Majeure:

Unexpected cancellation of the event. The conference organizing committee reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or compensation AIM2009 in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood or terrorist attacks). In such cases, the conference organizing committee is freed of all responsibility.

A maximum of two (2) extra pages per paper (i.e. 8 pages total, see paper submission guidelines) is permitted for an extra charge of 160 SGD per page. Papers longer than 8 pages are NOT acceptable. Kindly register before May 25, 2009.
